* Bonus chips are unredeemable and will be removed from the associated cashoutwe require



In addition to these terms the following terms also apply:

1. All bonuses are unredeemable and so cannot be withdrawn as winnings. Players may cash-out winnings from bonus chips and any deposits made, but any bonus chip amount used will be deducted during processing of withdrawals.

2. Promotional bonuses may not be combined with any other bonus/offer unless otherwise stated.

3. All Bonuses will be given only once per household, business address and/or per account, as per our terms of use. If a second account is opened it will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be considered void.

4. All bonuses have wagering requirements and the player must be aware of and accept these terms and conditions before playing the bonus.

5. Your Playthrough Balance (in the Cashier section of the casino) shows you how much you need to wager before a withdrawal is permitted. Each bet you place will reduce your Playthrough balance accordingly.

6. Bets placed on Baccarat, Craps, Roulette games and Sic Bo do not count towards the wagering requirements of any bonus given unless otherwise stated. Bonus terms are clearly stated in the website or on emails. If you are unsure of bonus terms ask Support before playing.

7. The Casino reserves the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player's original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the bonus is wagered on the above games, before the wagering on allowed games is completed fully.

8. Wagers are made from the player’s cash balance first and the bonus chips second.

9. If a bonus has a timeframe and the conditions are not met within this timeframe, the bonus and any winnings from the bonus will be removed from a player's account.

10. CWC reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. I did the same thing. I think that I signed up for this account a few weeks ago but it was called something else. Aladdins Palace I believe. I downloaded and signed up again. But my orginal username was taken. I did sign up for under a different name. If this was wrong then I will forfeit my bonus.
Just didn't understand the name change thing.

Sorry for the delay. Between a new affiliate manager who's still getting used to his new job there... and the bad timing of a major affiliate conference running this entire week in London, I haven't been able to get this code yet. I spoke to him yesterday and he said he hoped to have a code yesterday... but it didn't happen. I know for fact that today he, along with many affiliate manager from most reputable casinos are in London at ICE, the first of two conferences this week. That means, he's not in the office getting things like promotions and bonus codes done.

I'm doing my best to get this going... but it's possible this could get delayed until Monday, when the conference and the weekend is over.

I'm really sorry for the wait. It won't be long though.

About 6 months ago or so, Club World Casinos opened a new casino called Aladdins Palace. The new casino used the same support, same owners, same rules, basically... everything regarding the operations of Aladdins Palace was the same as Club World which we know and trust.

For some reason, Aladdin's Palace was just renamed to Aladdin's Gold, but is the same casino.

Nevertheless, I know the owner very well, and the affiliate manager and other staff because it's all the same as Club World Casino. These people have earned a good solid repuation with Club World Casino.

I think i can speak for most of us when I ask you the following: In the future to please do not announce any new n/d promo offers until they are actually ready to be used as advertised, this is ridiculous. The ICE conference was over 3 full days ago... And before I get bombarded with messages and posts about how we should just appreciate all the hard work the admin staff does to bring us free offers and bla bla bla what a jerk I am, let me remind everyone here that this forum exist to make money. Regardless of how much it is currently making, a small percentage of every dollar you deposit to casinos that you downloaded from a banner on this site, goes to the owner(s)/admin staff here.

I find it somewhat shocking that no one has the courage to say something about the Aladdin's Gold clusterf*ck that has been going on now since the 26th. I know the staff here doesn't mind you coming back several times a day to look to see if the code is posted, as the more visitors a site has, the more popular that site appears to casino's and advertisers etc...i.e. higher overall statistics that site has, the more "deals" it can make with casinos in the future resulting in more revenus for the site... I have no problem with any of the above except to say please don't treat us like mindless cattle. I help pay for this site in casino deposits, so do most of you. Speak up when something is not right, and also compliment the staff here when it is deserved, as they do most things very well.

As Daera said, the codes have been prepared and are ready but it is not currently possible for us to attribute that code to players from this forum. I am sure that if we issued you with a code and you weren't actually able to use it you would be even more unhappy than you seem to be now, correct?

If you want to confirm with RTG the ticket that I submitted this morning then you are more than welcome to do so, please PM for the ticket ID and I will gladly provide it. The glitch also affects assigning coupons to partners of Club World Casinos as well as Aladdin's Gold.

This is on High priority as its not just this forum that is waiting for a promotion.

I also agree with both you and the other guy and you can also confirm that with Daera, it has taken too long and there is one very simple reason that explains it, I am new. I started here 3 weeks ago and cannot simply learn the new systems in a couple of days. So the majority of the delay is my fault and its further delayed by this glitch.

I am not going to sit here and try and feed you crappy lines that you might not believe but I posted off my own back just to help you guys and girls understand about the delay and send my apologies.

The only reason we even mentioned the free chip before we had it was to give you a choice whether you wanted to wait for it, or download somewhere else and then not be eligible when the free chip was posted.

In all honesty, we expected to have it right away. But things don't always go the way we hope.

We didn't put this up to make anyone's life miserable. And if this seems so inconvenient, then I suggest moving on, and don't waste anymore time on this offer. That's all I can tell you.

Everything Martyn said in his first post is 100% true. What motive would he have to lie about this? What other reason would you think there would be for this hold-up? It was very nice of Martyn to create an account to come in here and explain what the hold-up is now. I would have thought our members would give him a better welcome then that. Afterall, they don't have to give us a free chip, or any promotions at all for that matter.

I'm sorry for the wait. But as Martyn explained there are some issues that are being sorted out. Aladdin's Gold is a fairly new casino, and it's affiliate program is literally brand new. Our coupon isn't just a general free chip coupon, or it could have been made in 5 minutes. But this coupon is going to be associated with our banner and it will only work for players that opened their account through the forum. It's the part of recognizing where a player came from that's a little buggy when they tried to create the coupon. It didn't help matters that a week long affiliate conference kept the managers away last week, and that although Martyn is not new in the industry, he is new with RTG and with the Club World Casinos group.

If this was a perfect world, we would never have problems or delays and we'd have the code posted the first day. But this isn't a perfect world, and from time to time things don't go just the way we planned.

I'll send an email out as soon as I have the code.

We'll post the exact terms once we have the code.

I have been a loyal player to clubworld for many years now, and when i won big there was problems cashing out,(It got fixed though after some complaining) and when i want to close my account i get ignored.... It kind of builds up, and this offer got my frustration. And that was wrong. I see that this casino is in the same group, i hope it goes well. Besides of too long withdrawal times, clubworld is a good casino, with good customer service.

Are you 100% positive that you didn't have an account at Aladdins Palace previously, and just opened your new Aladdin's Gold account when we posted this thread using the banner in our post?

The coupon will only work if your account carry's our banner tag. Meaning that when you first downloaded and registered your casino account, you must have done so using the banner in the first post of this thread.

It seems to be working for most people, so I'm guessing that maybe a couple of you didn't open your account through our banner.

If you are sure that you did. send me a pm and I'll have Martyn take a look at your account on Monday. Unfortunately he works Mon-Fri and won't be back until then.
