I think the reason the banner doesn't fit is because it needs to be a certain size for the header. I was unable to stretch the banner you already had into what I think it needs to be without distorting the image so I made some different ones. Hopefully one of these will work for you:

Where did you enter the code? It should go in the live chat support box. When you login to the casino, you'll notice a tall, vertical live chat support box on the right side. Hi Kelleymcm,

I haven't spoken to the affiliate manager yet, as today is his birthday and I don't really expect to see him until tomorrow. But I did go to Live Chat myself and spoke to someone there and pointed this out.

She told me that the promo code is still active and working, and is for $10 No Deposit. It's possible the support rep. you spoke to was new, and was somehow confused here.

When she looked at your account, she said that your account was not opened from our banner, but was opened from another site/forum banner.
