Hi all,

i know that all the forum where i am a meber of are affiliates from the Villentogroup casinos, but i really wait to read what you all say to THAT!!!!

I am a depositing player since around 2 years in BOTH Villentogroupcasinos.
I NEVER won or made a withdraw in only one of them.
I NEVER recieved some Free Spins on a slotgame like alot of other players recieved like i could saw in alot of forums.

And now the UNBELIEVABLE:

I had my birthday on June 25th, means 3 days ago (i am in germany), and i recieved

NO EMAIL with greetings
NO FREE BONUS in only one of my accounts
NO FREE SPINS on a slotgame
NO LOAYLITYPOINTS_BOOST that i can redeem for a chip

I tryed THREE days to get only a little as a present from them, i talked to different supporters which contacted that ... Promo Department and asked for a little
NOTHING!!!!!!!!

10 minutes ago i had the last chat with them and here is the chatlog i made for YOU ALL that you can see what there is waiting for you if you deposited and play for your hard earned cash my gamblingfriends.

Please understand, i am from germany, mean if there are mistakes by typing or gramatical mistakes,ok? And i am not her to make them bad only because i havent recieved some from them. I do that to warn you all and to hear your statements because i think THAT IS SOOOOOO UNFAIR!!!!

Ok, first, i will inform the casinoplayerscomunity that they know that you take the money from your players but you wont say thanks with only a nickel at their birthdays. Secon, i imediately stop depositing and playin in your casinos. Third i make a thread at the blackboard to warn other players and show them how you handle your loyal players. That comunity is the worldwide biggest and let us see what happens. I NEVER saw a poorer casinogroup than yours. Shame on you. Oh, before i forget, i made a chatlog and publish it now at the comunity. Many thanks for that great present.

Ok my friends, i could cry that i have trashed alot of my money in this group, but i hope that you see what could happen and how "fair and thankfull" they are that you come with your hard earned cash and play in their casinos.

If I am understanding you correctly - you are warning others NOT to deposit at The Villento Casino Group simply because you didn't get a €5 or €10 bonus or some free loyalty points for your birthday?

I'm sorry, but that doesn't sit well with me. Villento has a fine reputation. I know that there were some issues in the past that had to do with the processors they used, but that is to be expected sometimes in this industry.
That issue was resolved and I've not heard any other valid complaints about this group since then.

The Hodgepodge does promote and highly recommends this group. I am an affiliate for them and also a player. I have always been paid by them. I have always had top-notch communication and treated very professionally by the affiliate manager and customer support.

Giving a warning such as this is beyond ridiculous. It would be very different if you won and weren't paid. Not receiving a bonus that isn't or never was promised to you is not a valid reason to bad mouth this casino.

Villento Casino is not rogue. Your post may have fit better in our
"Complaints and Answers" Section, but I don't see that you are looking for answers.... only complaining.

It is your choice where you play and choose to spend your money. If getting a birthday bonus is more important then knowing you will be paid if you do win and receiving great customer service, then perhaps your euros would be better spent elsewhere.

"Rogue": an unprincipled person, a scoundrel, a rascal, an undesirable deviation from a standard.

Birthday bonuses are always nice to get. But by no means are a requirement to be considered reputable.

Just like any casino promotion/bonus, it's up to each casino to decide if they want to offer them, what the terms are, and what the eligibility requirements are.

Some casinos will credit a free bonus, or offer a match bonus to depositing players. Some offer birthday bonuses on a case by case bases. Some don't offer any kind of birthday bonus.

I can understand the disappointment to not receive a bonus when requesting one. Especially when you're a depositing player and it's your birthday. But you're not entitled to any bonus that's not offered to you either by email, snail mail, or on their web site.

So... just because a casino doesn't give out birthday bonuses, does not make it rogue. Villento is certainly not rogue, but is a very reputable casino.

If they wouldn't pay for a valid cashout request, or made unauthorized charges to your bank or credit card and wouldn't make it right, or didn't keep to their own terms, then yes I'd say they were rogue. But this isn't the case. Villento treats their players very fairly.

I'm going to edit the title of this thread and move this out of the rogue area, to complaints. Villento is a reputable casino, and is by no means rogue.

Hey ya,

thats what i meaned. It looks like this group pays their affiliates better than they thank their loyal players, and thats the reason you edited my post and let me stand as a st.... little i....!

But if you really read carefully what i wrote you should come to the result that these politics or rules with their bonuses ARE rouge because if they make such big differences between their players. And if you ask the supporters for a bonus on a special day or whatever and recieve an negative answer, but you won`t give up and ask why otherones get some and you not, then they say it is a decission by the promo department and we can do nothing to change or help you. And there is no way to contact that promo dept. by yourself. They sit behind a big fat wall or in a bunker and it is the thing of the poor supporters to bring the bad decissions to their players. They do that way that you cannot discuss with them about it. At other groups or casinos it is no problem if you say: "Please can you give me someone from the management or a supervisor?"

Do you have an answer why they make differences between their players??
( i think it has somthing to do with the countries)

Do you have an answer why they forgot you on your birthday and let you standing in the rain if you deposited hundreds or thousands of dollars in BOTH casinos in more than two years of your loyality without one win??? (withdraw/cashout/whatever)

Do you have an answer why alot of players feel the same like me and post that in alot of forums after they deposited thousands there??

I know! Because everyone should see that these tactics are unfair. They have two ways they could handle their players on birthdays i think.
One is they NEVER give players bonuses on their birthdays, then the players know what they have to think about them
or
the otherone is they give ALL players bonuses on their birthdays
but do you have a clear statement why players should accept that some get 20 free in their accounts or a package of loyalitypooints to redeem and otherones get nothing????

Same with these Free Spins on a special slotgame they give sometimes some of their players (every week i think). I NEVER recieved some free spins in only one of their casinos, and i am not alone with it. And otherones recieved these free spins again and again.
And i am informed, there are alot of these players which havent deposited such alot like me or other ones, but they got these free spins.

Like i told, i recieved some free from ALL casinos where i play, and two of them i think, had only technical problems, means i havent recieved their birthdayemails and a bonus. And what did they do? They said sorry and gave a little bonus on top of the bonus they wanted to give me for the birthday, only for saying sorry.
And i think the players which deposited and played alot in their favourite casinos should get a bonus, and it should be ok that they ask or please for a bonus if they recieved nothing. And i cannot understand that players accept if their favourite casinos forget them on their birtdays. We all should stay together if there are unfair things put there because they earn enough from you all.

And really poor is if they haven`t sent you only an email with a birthdaygreeting if you deposited your hard earned cash over two years there.
Then you know how much worth you are for them. But if YOU say thats ok for YOU, then it should be ok.......................................for YOU.

The problem is that you earn as an affiliate for bringing them new players with your work in your forum, and i understand that because i have a forum too for players here in germany, but dont forget on which side you want to stay because without your members you are nothing.

And as an clear example:
(thats the important for me i would like to say after your comments)

If there are problems like these, you say thats a good group, and they pay, and you have no problems with some like these BECAUSE THEY PAY, then it shows for which one you are doing all this here.

But......... do you know about the fight from forums owners and their members against the GRAND PRRIVE GROUP which runs since long??? I think you now. All owners of forums AND THEIR PLAYERS AND MEMBERS stand together. And why????
Because the GRAND PRIVE GROUP stopped their Affiliate program and havent paid their AFFILIATES. And?????? Your members stand close by YOU, and no one says thats not my problem, they everytime pay or paid me as a player, i am not an affiliate.

You see what i try to say? I am really disappointed about your comments and that you edited my post, and i think i tried to show you why i am disappointed.

And before you click hundred times one the "clear- or deletebuttons" :)
If there are to hard words or sentenses in my post i please for your understanding and want to say sorry for them. I dont want to dis you or the casinos or groups. I hoped for help and understanding. and i am a german but trying to tell about the problems with my unperfect english. Sorry for that.

I've never heard of the 7500 Loyalty points for people that didn't receive a free chip from them. Heck, I didn't get 7500 LP or a free chip. I've never heard of that one.

I can't explain this or back you on something I've never heard of and don't see advertised anywhere.

For your information, I don't make a cent from Villento as an affiliate. Any affiliate tags or banners here for Villento are not mine. What I say about them is what I see to be true. It has absolutely nothing to do with making any money, and I resent the implication that you're trying to make.
