We have a very good relationship with Casino 33 management. They are trying to run an honest operation.

Since I haven't received anything nor do I see anything about a 400% deposit bonus. So it would help me a lot if you could give more details. Where did you see the 400% bonus offer? Or who exactly offered the 400% to you? When was it offered and how long after that before you made the deposit? Was this your first deposit?

I'm sure they will sort this out fairly. The people running the casino really are good people, and don't intentionally make offers and then not honor them.

Ahhh, you had played on your deposit before requesting the bonus.

One thing that is very different between Microgaming and RTG casinos is the way bonues are claimed, as well as the ability or inability to cashout before wagering is met.

To the best of my knowledge, all RTG casino require you to claim any bonus coupon, or bonus, BEFORE making your deposit. You usually do this yourself in the cashier area by entering a coupon or vanity card code and redeeming it. After redeeming any coupons, you make the deposit that the coupon relates to.

A good rule of thumb about bonuses, regardless if it's a Microgaming, RTG, or some other software, is this. Anytime you want a bonus that is deposit specific, or want a bonus removed that was automatically added, or have any questions whatsoever about the terms/rules of the bonus and wagering required............. check with support and get your answers BEFORE playing on that deposit/bonus. In this case, it was a deposit that was conditional with the bonus you wanted. I'm sure that deposit would have had specific terms with it, along with the bonus. The wagering requirements would have been calculated and showing in your cashier with the deposit and bonus x rollover amount. If you already played some or all of your deposit, it might just make that difficult or impossible to setup properly.

I'm sure if you asked very nicely, they might let you do it with the a new deposit.

considering; any bonus would have been nice... i played the money i deposited like i had more coming... i would have done it differently had i known......
i wont deposit again ... not after that ..... it felt like a promise they made and then said nope...

It sounds like it would be easy to not understand clearly. They do sometimes ask you to come to chat after making a deposit and they'll credit you some bonus.

This casino is top notch. They process cashouts in lightening speed, within 24 hours. They are very generous with bonuses and are very fair.

Im sure the part about "not playing any of your deposit if you're going to request the bonus from chat" was a simple misunderstanding. It's normal to want the player to request the bonus before playing any of it. But maybe since it was 5 days after it was first offered to you, had something to do why the confusion occurred.

You won't find many casinos that cashout this fast, and offer as many big bonuses as they do, and without hassle. It's up to you, but I hope you'd see how with the 5 day gap after your first chat, and the deposit, something was just simply not understood. That doesn't mean they have to give you a 400% bonus if you played games that wasn't allowed with this offer, or if anything was done against the terms of the offer when playing. You don't find 400% deposit bonuses available to existing players at hardly any RTG casinos... and surely not with the reputable ones that pay quick. But Casino33 did offer anyway. They must have strict rules with such generous bonuses or they'd go out of business.

I don't think this problem was from anything you or they did intentionally. Sometimes things just don't go as we thought they would. But not because of anyone's bad intent.

I'll try and talk to them tomorrow. It's too late now, the manager isn't there. And I may or may not be able to catch them over the weekend. I'll talk to them the first chance i get. :)

Before you play, please go to live chat and ask them what the wagering rules are for this bonus, and what games are excluded if any so you know the terms beforehand.

This is a one time curtesy the manager did. With RTG casinos, bonuses must always be claimed or redeemed BEFORE the deposit or before playing the deposit. All RTG's are this way. If you don't have a code and you have to go to chat or something else to claim the bonus, do so first.

It might also be helpful next time if you're offered a deposit bonus in chat and you want the bonus but can't deposit that day, or not at that time, just ask the live chat representative if he or she can request the bonus for you now, so it will be affective automatically when you make your purchase. You can ask how long the bonus will be valid (how long you have to come back and make the deposit).

Anyway... 400% is a whopping big bonus!! I think you have luck with you today.. have fun and
