a very good friend of mine won $800 on a free chip and went through withdrawal process. after a few days cashier said $700 pending [$100 for overnight delivery} He sent in necessary documents and casino told him everything checked out and he would be receiving check. its been over a month and last he spoke to support 3 weeks ago they said it was being delivered fedex and he should be getting it if not already had it. gave him a tracking number and everything, yet he still hasnt received it. Why would they go so far to give him tracking number? not understanding, help lol

I'm sorry we're late replying to you.

You said that your freind received a tracking number for a Fedex delivery right? You didn't tell us where the check is though. If you have the tracking number then you can find out exactly where the check is by entering the tracking number in the appropriate area on the Fedex website. That's the whole idea of a tracking number.... you can track down your package and see it step by step all the way til it arrives. You can see each time your package comes into a new Fedex Hub, and what city and state it is, and the time it gets scanned on arrival, then it'll show again as it leaves that hub and again when it arrives at the next hub closer to you. until it arrives at your front door.

If your tracking number show the package delivered and it wasn't, then I'ds contact Fedex maybe.

If you don't have a tracking number to see where the package is, then.... you call the casino. Your freind has the tracking number though.

If you guys get confused at all, trying to look up that tracking number from the Fedex website, you can probably call Fedex and simply tell them you have a tracking number on a package you're expecting and would like to know if they can tell you when the package will arrive With the number they can tell you exactly where it is, and what day it is expected to be delivered.

If you have any trouble with this casino, I could probably help. But from what you said the casino has sent he money already. Or you wouldn't have a tracking number.

so my friend went to fedex com and entered tracking number==invalid it said when he went to live suppoert they said that no withdrawal was in his history. hmmmmm
