I am sooooooo angry. John has deposited 5x the amount he cashed out this year. They refuse any bonus on his account. They say the more he deposits and plays the more they will look at the account. He has deposited there 4-5 times monthly for a long long time. So he asked about a Christmas bonus. Well, hell, thats unheard of, too. So he asked, "well, can you bump up my loyalty points (at 987) so I can cash them out?" Below is the live chat summation.
Sooooooo, I put my foot down on this one. Threatened to unplug his computer and hide the damn cord...hell, hide the dang CPU! He has to get away from this casino. Anyone else have this problem with AllSlots? Like I told Mary,I'd really like to know how many out there are gettting bonuses and what their play is like, their deposits, their frequency, their cashouts, etc, or who is like John and not getting bonuses no matter what their frequency of play and such.

Hi, I'm really feeling you there. I play all the time at Villento and Rich Reels and have for about 2 years now. At least 2 times a week I make a deposit and when I got on Live Chat and asked about a Christmas Bonus they said that I'm not eligible. I did receive an invitation for a Christmas Bonus at all of the casino's owned by Club World Casino's which includes Club World, Aladdin's Gold and Lucky Red...all RTG casino's and it was $100 free for each casino. I received this via snail mail. I played all three and had a 20X playthrough and could cashout $1000. I met the playthrough at Lucky Red and got it up to $2200 and cashout $1100 because they keep the bonus and the funds were in my Quicktender account in less than 24 hours. They are great. I have played at all three casino's probably 2 or three times a week for about the last year. They are great casino's. I also got a $25 Christmas Bonus at iNetBet which is again a RTG and I play there allot also. The Rival Casino's especially Vegas Regal and Ruby Royal and a few others have been very generous and I don't play there quite as much at them. I am very upset with the Microgaming casino's because they hardly ever give bonuses, even at my birthday. I have to admit that Music Hall Casino which is Microgaming sent me a $50 Birthday bonus and I hadn't played there in about a year. I haven't received a Christmas bonus from them yet. So I think your right to be upset with All Slots. I used to play there but haven't in a long time. Most casino's have been tighter lately with everything. I wish you luck in getting bonues and in playing. Merry Christmas!!!

Thanks for the thoughts, Tessa. Yep, he has begun playing more and more at the RTG casinos, and will usually cash something out at one of them each week. He plays iNetBet quite a bit, and Aladdin's, too. Even when he gets on a dry streak, he'll continue to play inetbet, simply because they give him a manager's bonus month's end, or throw a chip to depositing players "just because", or to try a new game. Whatever, they are showing that they appreciate their player's loyalty. And it's nice to be appreciated where he puts his money.
I play poker, and even the poker sites will throw a ticket to me for a special freeroll, or add points to play a special tourney. If they don't and I do good business with them, then I quit and go elsewhere. No matter what he puts in at AllSlots, the answer to any bonus request is always "not at this moment". They do give a 10% cashback bonus on Monday and Thursdays. But $2.50 or 3.50 at Microgaming is like a drop in the proverbial bucket. And that is for everyone, whether they deposit one time or 20 times.
Royal Joker...he doesn't play there much, because he doesn't win there. But they throw that $25 at him every couple months, and they're saying "we want you back here", and they're willing to take a chance he'll cash out on the bonus. RedFlush even sends him $20 once in a while, just to say "we miss you" (well, actually we miss your money lol) but its still the principle of it all: saying we appreciate your loyalty and patronage.
All Slots is not going to fix this for him. I told him get his little bonus by morning, play it out and CLOSE IT OUT. I just got, for the 3rd month in a row, 2 free nights at a land casino about 3 hours from here. We go, pay for our food and gas to get there, and whatever gambling (we budget $100 each for the 2 days), and have a great time. Last time, we got 2 nights free, 2 dinners, and $25 in chips to play. We walked out with $600. All because (one last time) we have been loyal to them for a couple of years, and they APPRECIATE our business.

Yea CasinoGal....it's tough out there in the internet gambling world. My husband and I used to be VIP's at the Flamingo Casino in Reno. Years ago he hit a $10,000 jackpot on a dollar machine after putting in only 3 dollars, that was after my win at a tournament at the Horseshoe Casino where I won $2,500. We worked our way up from that day to a suite for a week with free food and free money to play and a limo from the airport and baskets of fruit in our suite two or three times a year. It was fantastic. In fact the last time we were there they gave us a catalog and said for us to order anything we wanted. So we picked out a new stereo system and they had it delivered to our house in California. Unfortunately the Flamingo in Reno closed but we went to the Silver Legacy last June and stayed for 5 days which we paid for but we get offers to stay free all the time. We also get offers all the time from Harrah's....they will fly us to one of their casino's from our local airport on their jet with 5 nights free plus food but we spend so much money on the internet gambling that there's none to go to the land casino's to gamble with and I can't for the life of me figure out why we gamble so much on the internet and really get nothing much back from most of the internet casino's. At least when we went to the land casino's it was fun and exciting!!! In the last 10 years of internet gambling we have put probably $200,000 in and got maybe $10,000 back. Does that make sense? NOT!!! Well now I'll get off my soapbox. Good Luck with it all.:frownx::rolleyesx::eekx:

Well, I didn't think I could be surprised anymore! John woke up this morning, played a game of poker, and I told him to check for his allslot deposit bonus (10%), which would have been 2.50. He did, and he had $12.50. Apparently they are feeling some Christmas spirit up there! He hit 4 of a kind right off the bat, and got up to $40, played it back down to $10 and got the below! So now he is off to the slots to play through the bonus and be damn if he might not cash out! In all the years he has deposited, he received one bonus when he first got his account, and the 10% since then. No discretionary, birthday or holiday gift in that time. I'm still in shock at what he won on a quarter. So, maybe with players like John, telling them "all about it" (as he says), they'll see the logic in this type of surprise for their players.:975204:

Well I guess it must run in the group of casinos!
I recently began playing at WildJack and none of my deposits have lasted me more than an hour ( and mind you i play slots for 9 cents to 15 cents a pull) I got the 100% welcome on my first deposit and have gotten 10% on the others and when i approached the casino about the low gameplay i was pretty much told my hard luck too bad!

Well, I dunno what the hell he did when he spoke to them, but he made it through the wagering requirements and cashed out $140, and he kept out $25, and went back to play the $25. He got up to $40, then went to a slot he rarely rarely plays, Break Da Bank Again, and hit the below for $400 on a 45cent bet (screenshot was taken after he cashed out the $400). He cashed out $360, for a total of $500!! WOOHOO! Then the $40 he had left was gone in like 15 minutes...I mean it went! So speaking up did some good, and I don't think they expected he'd hit so well. But he feels good about the bonus money in the account. Its like he said, "even if I hadn't won, it was that they gave me the bonus after all this time, and told me I was worth keeping around". Here is the pic! Daera these ought to go in Winners Screen shots, but I didn't want to get out of thread.

I've been playing with the Jackpot Factory group (First Web, All Slots, VIP lounge and Wild Jack) for close to 10 years. They have always been good to me. I play at some JPF casino every day. My deposits vary but are usually the minimum. Sometimes they seem really tight, but I usually can get some play out of a small deposit and I like their keno, along with certain slots.
This year my luck has been okay, and I have cashed out quite a bit. VIP treats me really well. For Christmas they sent a gift to my home, put money in my account, and gave me a free entry into a year end tournie.
When it comes to cashing out, I can't seem to hit the button until I hit 1K, so I play alot of my winnings back. (I need to put a sign on my computer screen that sez "HIT THE CASH OUT BUTTON AT 300".
Now I checked one of the other groups that I play at pretty regularly (microgaming software, too) and was shocked to check my totals for the year. I spent more there than some people make where I work in a year!
I spent more money at this casino than I did at VIP, All Slots, and First Web. But I won more, way more and am ahead. The kicker here is that they gave me all of $15.00 for Christmas. They only pay me my loyalty rewards, never send any freebies and don't do anything on my anniversary. This casino is Grand Hotel. Oh yeah, it also takes them a week (minimum) to send your cash out to Quick Tender. I've decided that I am not going to play at this casino very much in 2010. Maybe I'll throw them a bone once a month, but they certainly haven't done anything to keep me depositing.
INET gave me $30 and I've only been depositing there for a year or 2 and not regularly. I am increasing the amount of time I will play here. I never had any luck in growing their freebies, but I have noticed that I my deposits get some good play. I'll keep trying.
I wish you and all my friends at the Hodge lots of luck in 2010.

John got paid this morning. They kept the $500 in reversible status from the 24th until around midnight last night. But it was in his QuickTender account this morning, and is headed straight for the bank. I figure the holidays had a lot to do with his long withdrawal wait. Even though it was a good cashout, its the first discretionary bonus he has had in a year from AllSlots. He has decided, like you Tink, to play at the RTG's this coming year. Mainly iNetBet. He hasn't won a lot there at one time, but he is able to cash out usually once every 3 deposits or so, and they always pay on time, and never never a hassle. Aladdin's is another one he'll continue to play.
I like the Rival casinos, but I've read so much about they pay really well, but their payouts are very iffy and slow. So, I'll just stick with poker I guess. I can deposit $25 at a favorite poker site and play on it for 2 weeks. I can deposit $25 at an online casino and play on it for an hour! :frownx: I really do think that the USA gambling legislation problems have Microgaming tightening up to eventually weed out the USA players. I was reading this morning at CasinoMeister and seems to be reading the same way. Can't do progressives any more, can't do new games any more....whats next?

This is a very good read. Although I'm a little late getting here.
First... Congratulations John!! Well done!! I seem to win more on lesser amounts. Once I cashed out $20k from Grand Mondial from a measley $28 deposit that I had down to less than $1 before making the cashout. So like they say, luck is a funny thing. And it really is all about luck. Being at the right place at the right time (or the right casino and right game at the right time).
I have been frustrated with many casinos over the years for one reason or the other, including the Jackpot Factory group. But overall, I'm very happy with Jackpot Factory and play at JF VIP Lounge fairly often. I do know they have been very generous in the past and are an honest group... that processes cashouts fast. 7 Days a week I think. I didn't receive a Christmas Bonus from them this year though. But that's ok. I am surprised that they wouldn't bump up John's Loyalty points if it was at over 900. I've found that JF has been very good about bumping up points and in giving bonuses when I've asked in the past... although I don't ask often and ..................... maybe this makes a difference, I don't know but............. I only ask for this in email, not live chat. And although I don't get a reply as quickly, I usually do get a positive reply. Maybe it's just that someone other than regular support staff needs to approve these kinds of things? I don't know.
Hey next time you cashout at any MGS casino, especially the JF group, call them up immediately (or try live chat) and ask them to flush your account! I'm sure Jackpot Factory Casinos will do this for you. And the sooner your account is flushed, the sooner your money is processed and cashed out. I won't play if they refuse to flush my account.
I'm not sure if the tightening up of bonuses with the MGS casinos has a lot to do with us being in the U.S., the economy, or what... but I tend to think both are playing a role. And I also have this eerie bad feeling that MGS may be phasing out the U.S. entirely. I sure hope not. I am a Microgaming addict (RTG is a close 2nd though).
Anyway, all's well that ends well right? Or so they say. I really like the way John's story ended anyway. Congrats again John!!

hey!!! glad you're home! we missed you! :975204:
Yeah, I'm glad it worked out for him like it did. Its now on the way to the bank! WOOHOO! But I swear it was like they had to be spanked before they would do anything for him! He is also addicted to MG casinos, but this little trip surely took away some of the good feeling he got from that addiction. He stopped playing at Royal Joker (calling it now Royal Joke) because he hasn't won there in forever with all the money he has piled in. He rarely plays at CasinoShare anymore because of no winning there, and he doesn't play at GrandMondial anymore....he won $900 or so a long long time ago, and nothing since. RedFlush scares him because they have given him 2 new account numbers with the last 2 bonuses for his account. Even though they transfer the loyalty points, something ain't right with a new account each time (??).
I, like you, have that feeling that MG is getting ready to phase out USA players altogether. But what with the "rest of the world" able to play them, we won't be missed much I think. And I, personally, don't like how they tucked tail and ran with the gambling legislation problems...I think they should have stayed and fought. Because now when it becomes legal, and I think it will, the US players response may be "you abandoned us". The RTG's are becoming very popular and so are the Rival casinos. We'll see.
Anyway, I'm just glad you're home safe! What would we do without our girl? :rose45:

Welcome back Daera! Have been waiting to see your response to this one.
I really hate to see microgaming leave the US, because I love their games.
I've been wondering why they chose to do this. I have received several emails from Jackpot Factory folks apologizing for the new game flub, but none of them explained why Microgaming did this. Everything I have read has been purely speculation, but the most logical reason I have seen is that Microgaming is anticipating US based casinos going on line (one is already up and running courting players outside of the US) and they will lose or be denied US players when the US passes a bill approving on line gaming in the US.
That was only one thought, the other is that once the new banking regs hit in June (if it doesn't get pushed back again), Microgaming will leave the US market completely. After their issues with the state of Kentucky and
the hoops they have to jump thru to get us our money, they just don't want the hassle. Can't blame them for that.
I'm just hoping that someone will wake up and let us spend our money how we want.
