At one time 123Bingo was a dud; not even worth the effort to review. Then, they brought CM Jackie in to run the chat side of things. The place perked up! Jackie is a seasoned pro and brought some much needed sparkle to 123Bingo. She hired several new CH's; who added a freshness and some much needed new chat games.
Depositing players kept depositing, roomie count rocketed and everyone was having a lot of fun!
Sadly, 123Bingo fell victim to the industry disease of greed. Rule changes, delayed withdraws, poor customer support and unhappy players resulted. One by one, the new CH's left...then the players followed. Sad that greed got the better of their common sense.
They offered a 100% "Cash Back" based upon your deposit and the players loved it. Players were depositing large amounts at one time to take advantage of this cash back. Smart move on the players part.Then out of
the blue, with NO warning at all to either the CH's or the players..."the powers that be" decided that you would have only 48 hours to claim your Cash Back. That was pretty stupid in my opinion. While 123Bingo is wholly
within their rights to change their bonus policies at any time without specific notice to players;(as long as it is listed on their website. It is the players responsibility to keep updated on rule changes.) to leave your
co-workers clueless just smacks of unprofessional. If they treat their co-workers in such a manner; how do you think they will treat you?
That is just one instance of how their greed ruined all of Jackie's efforts to make 123Bingo a fair and honest site.
With sudden and sneaky bonus rules changes, poor customer support and predatory sales tactics (they call you to offer deposit specials repeatedly)
I give 123Bingo an MP Rating of::doh: Find a better place to play.
