I contacted villento to verify this is true. The casino responded this is correct and it is given randomly by their promotions department. However, this has caused them to lose me. I deposited and played there for a very long time. I never received this free spin and didn't even know it existed. I am moving to a casino that appreciates regular players.

It would be unfair to state on a forum that a casino locked your account just because you posted on a forum, if it wasn't true. It's one thing to post that you're unhappy with a casino for reasons of your own, such as you did previously. But to tell people the casino locked your account just because you posted, to warn people that they might have this happen to if they complain, would not be fair to the casino or to fellow members unless it in fact is true.

I'm having trouble believing that anyone at Villento told you the reason your account was locked was over a forum post here. Perhaps you jumped to conclusions and your locked account had nothing at all to do with any posts you made, and maybe not even done by Villento.

My guess is that you live in one of the following banned states and that Villento didn't lock your account, but Microgaming did.

If you do in fact live in one of the states listed, and just had your account locked, I would bet it was locked not by Villento, but by Microgaming because of the state you live in. This is due to the legislation that passed a couple of years ago UIGEA (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act) as well as those 13 states specific laws against online gambling. That's not the casinos or Microgamings fault, but the fault of our own lawmakers.
