I wouldn't play at realvegasonline for several reasons.

They send emails out to players with a $5 coupon code and says it is only valid to players who received the offer.
The minimum cashout was $100 and the maximum cashout was $200.
so I claimed the bonus.

Luck was on my side and i was able to request a withdrawal for $200.

There was only like 2 real series slots games that would allow you to play for 20 cents a spin which were "Golden Retriever" and Warlock's Spell".
Just about all the others were minimum 41 a spin playing all lines so I only played these 2 games.

Their customer service is so terrible. Their instant chat is always offline and says "Leave a message',
I called to ask a question,a phone menu came up which was hard to understand and I ended up having to leave a message. This happened everytime I called.
I did receive a call back about 6 hours after leaving a message.
It was a woman who hardly knew anything. she kept telling me I'm not sure but i'll check with my manager and let you know. she never called or emailed me back with the answers. these were basic questions about bonuses;allowable games,withdrawal options for usa players,can other games be played after wagering requirement has been met, etc.

I requested the withdrawal on October 16th for overnight Express. They say it takes 4-7 days to process a withdrawal, well on October 21st my withdrawal was denied and the manager withdrew the $200 from my balance.

I have emailed numerous times requesting the status of my withdrawal but they WILL NOT respond to my emails.
The onbly email I receive from them is emails with more $5 bonus codes.
One of which was sent to me the day after requesting t he withdrawal.
The next email I received DID state that if you claimed a no deposit bonus with depositing in between that the player is not eligible to claim this bonus.

I tried to check the terms and conditions on their website for no deposit bonuses but it said' Page Cannot be displayed".

I tried to check my account history and half the time it wouldn't load but when it did it showed that I did claim a $5 copon on 10-3 and then another on 10-15 which is the one that I won the $200.

I know it was probably declined because I did not deposit in between the free bonuses BUT my point is that they WOULDN'T bother to respond to my emails or phone calls to tell me why my withdrawal was declined.
I didn't find out till a week later in a promotional email that they sent out and revised.
They shouldn't say only players who receive this email are enttiled to this bonus because that player may have already calimed a no deposit bonus without depositing in between. It's misleading!

Here are both emails they sent when I claimed the bonus. Comapre them and you'll see the difference.
