I played at Rome, and I guess I'm just set in my old MGS and RTG ways. I found the bonus layout really confusing. I didn't understand why you had to move the marker to BONUS or to REAL money. Does it mean you can put it on real and the bonus terms don't apply to that money only to the bonus money?

Well with Rome casino....they told me that it was really just fun money. I had to deposit for cashing out any winnings from the free money for updating my profile.

The promotion used to be $11, then it was $55, but it is NOW $22. I know this for sure because I specifically wrote the affiliate manager BEFORE I put this banner here, to confirm this.

You can go back to support and tell them you were told the promotion recently changed to $22, before you claimed it. And ask if they'll credit the difference. Or you can post your Casino ID here and I'll be happy to ask the affiliate manager to please take care of it. :)
