intertop sent me thru the mail a xmas present for ten dollars. The bonus amount wil be credited to your account automatically on your first login between dec 15 -jan 15th. The credit may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your account. Mines didn't show up in 30 minutes so i emailed them and ask them for my christmas present and they credited me the ten dollars instantly so if you don't get your in thirty minutes just call or email and ask for your christmas present. Living in a banned state I was told that since I was a long time player that my acct would be ok...yeah right. After they paid me out last week my acct went into lock down mode.

I was told that the software company tracked my ip and locked my actt due to software upgrades. So I guess microgaming is no longer accepting players from banned states which leaves me with funky tude because I really really liked intertops.

Btw, does anyone from a banned state have any experience with this Go Wild micrograming casino?

Juno, I am in a banned state but they unlocked my account the next day. My complaint is I didn't get a xmas present. Considering how much I deposited I cannot believe they didn't send me one with everyone else.

I had a similar experience with a different Microgaming casino. I went to log in and was locked out. I wrote to the casino and they told me that MG locked me out; not the casino! Seems that when I switched from my PC to my daughter's... it changed my IP and MG picked up on that. The reason I was locked out was a different IP address, not because I am in a banned state!

See mine went from locked to unlocked to locked again because microgaming tracked my ip addy which showed my banned state status. Although customer service was very apologetic about it they state it's out of their hands.

All MGS casinos stopped taking new player registrations from the U.S. about a month ago.

Existing players should still be able to play. Unless you're in a banned state or a neighboring state of a banned state. If you're not in a banned state, and your account is locked, then just email them and they'll unlock your account once you provide proof of your residency. This applies to all MGS casinos right now.

I'm not in a banned state so can't really help here. I do know that Go Wild also cannot take new registrations and should have the same rules to follow as any other MGS casino. I also know that making a deposit at Go Wild Casino from the U.S. is next to impossible.
