Every time I click on launch live help; it sends me back to email help; which I have already used. Nine hours later; still no rep is helping me. They did send an auto-generated response to my email saying someone would help me shortly and that if I had a problem that required immediate help, I should go to Live Help. :rofl:

Sometimes it seems that all a guy does for day after day is straighten out screwups by the casino/poker/sports guys. If that's what it takes, I will not hesitate to get on 'em.
