Can anyone tell me why suddenly California is a banned state according to Intertops and Royal Joker?

I've never heard that one before. Surely this must be a mistake.
Did you have an existing account get locked? Or why do you say this teezonn? What happened?

I received the email below and I live in California, so I was assuming they were saying that California is a banned state. I emailed them back and asked if they were going to give me some sort of bonus incentive for going through all the hassle of providing documentation just to have the privilege of losing my money at their casino. They never responded. I guess that means "no".

Hi teezon,
I got an email just like that months ago. I live in Kansas which is not a banned state, but my IP address goes back to Missouri which is. I had to send them documents just like they are asking you to do and everything was fine.
It's not because you live in California, it's because of what your IP address is showing. It's a simple fix. :)

That's correct.
Nothing to worry about.

Well maybe I am greedy (then again, no ifs about that one), but it seems to me that offering me a little $10 bonus once I satisfy their documentation requirements wouldn't be too much to ask. It would be an incentive for me to go to the effort of doing this and given that I was a depositing player, it should be worth their while. But instead, they continue to ignore my email request such an incentive. I just like to feel appreciated for all the thousands of dollars I donate to offshore gambling. Further, given my cashout history, or lack thereof, it would definitely be a good investment on their part.
Whenever I ask Grand Mondial for a bonus, they always come through for me. That's why they get 90 percent of my gambling money. I don't know why other casinos don't learn this.
